Below is an explanation of our leasing process once you have identified a home you are interested in. SCHEDULE AN APPOINMENTYou can call our office at 650.851.7054 or you can email us at dion@MarbellaPM.com to schedule a showing. APPLICATIONDownload an application below. Please fill out the Application completely. All occupants must be named. There is an assessed fee per adult application fee. If you provide a current credit report we will waive that fee. The ideal thing to do is have your Application ready when you view the property with a Marbella Properties Leasing Agent. Homes throughout the Peninsula and South Bay can be in high demand and well cared for homes rent quickly. You can view and print the Application HERE. You will need Adobe Reader to view the file. DOWNLOAD RETURN APPLICATION BYGiving it to the Leasing Agent that scheduled the showing with you or, PROCESSING TIMEWe try to process the application as quickly as possible; it is usually done within 24 hours. AFTER APPROVALA lease will be emailed or faxed to you and you will receive keys on the move in date only if your security deposit and first month rent has been paid.
