Process for Leasing a House with Marbella Properties
Marbella Properties specializes in Leasing and Property Management in the Peninsula and South Bay. Below is an explanation of our leasing process once you have identified a home you are interested in.

Download an application below. Please fill out the Application completely. All occupants must be named. There is an assessed fee per adult application fee. If you provide a current credit report we will waive that fee.
The ideal thing to do is have your Application ready when you view the property with a Marbella Properties Leasing Agent. Homes throughout the Peninsula and South Bay can be in high demand and well cared for homes rent quickly.

We try to process the application as quickly as possible; it is usually done within 24 hours.
A lease will be emailed or faxed to you and you will receive keys on the move in date only if your security deposit and first month rent has been paid. We accept cashiers checks, money orders and Electronic Funds Transfers only.
